When you request a service from us, by contacting us directly, either by email, request form, telephone or any other form, we may request details from you in order to help service your request. Any personal data collected by us will be according to the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), and stored solely with your written consent, for the processing (i.e. collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting, alternating, retrieving, consulting, transmitting, disseminating or any other type of processing) for the purpose of declaring your intention to charter a boat or book a related service.

We will request your consent in order to create and keep, for all the above processing types, an archive (whether electronic and/or in paper).

You will retain all your rights as a data subject (i.e. your rights to access your data, to obtain information, to ask for rectification, or restriction, your right to erasure (right to be forgotten), right to data portability, and your right to object).

The Company, to which the personal data are given, declares that these collected personal data will be kept in the Company’s archive until the data subject exercises of one of the above rights or for no more than ten years. No data will be shared with any third parties in any way unrelated to the charter requirements.
